Alagad ng Iglesia Ni Cristo
Alagad Party List of Iglesia ni Cristo has one seat on the House of Representatives of the Philippines on the 13th Congress. They won A SINGLE seat for they had 340,977 votes (2.6802% of the nationwide party-list vote) on the 2004 election.
What! only 340,977 thousand votes?
What happened to their millions of members reported on their pasugo? Did pasugo lied?
Even their pasugo have conflicting statistics on their number of members.
But why in the hell the INC (glory) was limited to only 340,977 thousand votes?
What happened to their 'block voting'?
What happened to their 'pagkakaisa'?
Did some of their members have no longer faith on the decisions handed down by their Church Administration led by Erano Manalo?
Or the number of INC members are really just roughly less than half a million these days?
Maybe that's the reason why INC worship services causes less traffic on (INC temple) located along commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City and on most of their locales/churches. hmmm. How pitiful. Sad but true.
It makes me wonder.
Even the Buhay Hayaan Yumabong party-list of El Shaddai surpasses the Alagad votes.
BUHAY party-list won TWO congressional seats with their 705,730 votes (5.5473% of the nationwide party-list vote).
705,730 votes of Buhay > 340,977 votes of Alagad.
Brod Mike Velarde followers > Erano Manalo followers?
Are the conflicting statistical INC members which supposed to lift a candidate only a myth?
Myth and Fiction?
Fantasy and imagination?
Or the INC just keeps on padding their number of members?
Is this the reason why INC was not able to lift Danding Cojuangco to presidency in the Philippine election year 1992?
It makes me wonder.
Iglesia ni Cristo is a known Church supporter of Gloria Macapagal Aroyo in her last Philippine presidential election. An election which was filled with cheating controvery thanks to "Hello Garci" tapes. Did the INC vote really helped GMA won the presidential election or was it just the dagdag-bawas scheme by Garci?
It's up for your "lapse-of-judgement" to decide it.

Late last year, our "honorable" congressmen made a graveyard shift to transform our democratic government into a parliamentary and then abolishing the senate in the process. The public had a cold shoulder on it. The Philippine senate detested it. Other organizations protested the 'unconstitutional ' actions of the congressmen in favor for the parliamentary. The calls fell on to the deaf ears of the Malacanang Palace. What GMA made her mind to abolish or scrap the parliamentary initiatives of the congressmen led by Speaker De Venecia?
You guessed it right. And I also read news about it. INC asked GMA to stop the parliamentary initiative of the congressmen.
