Ever Since The World War 1 Began

During the nth time that the MTRCB suspended Ang Dating Daan from airing, UNTV37 played different episodes of DXMan. One episode discussed the 'official' registration of an iglesia (supposedly) coinciding with the start of World War 1. Bro Marcos Mataro showed the World Almanac which tells that the war actually started July 28, 1914 and not July 27, 1914 as the iglesia claims. I made a small research on the history and found this interesting facts about the start of the WW1.

The war began on July 28, 1914, when Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia. During the late nineteenth century, European nations had negotiated military alliances with each other that called for mutual protection. The Austria-Hungary declaration of war triggered these alliance commitments, leading to the widening of the war between the Allies and Central Powers.
